Unless you need it for multigigabit connections I'd just go with STP Cat5 ... it can go 1 gigabit easy .... just need to be very tidt with your connectors

A lot of ordinary UTP cat5e stuff will do gigabit as well ... might be worth experimenting with the cheap stuff to see if it will work
