What is the cost Danny as I have a feeling that my daughter would like CS3 too?

About half price Dave. Approx €250. I ordered on EBay. I see it's gone up £30 since I ordered. It is due to arrive today. Wait until you see how it works out for me to be on the safe side.

It'll run on the new Intel macs....(faster as opposed to cs2 etc) which is a good thing cause i got the GF a mac for Xmass..

For a pc user is there any reason to upgrade ? Anyone know what new functionality it has over cs2 ? I am still trying to get my head around cs2 so cant really see any point to upgrading it at this stage.

The beta download link doesnt work and is not shown as a download on the adobe labs web site.

NAPP (The Photoshop TV Guys) have dedicated a whole section of their site to the changes in CS3, including video. Here's the link: http://www.photoshopuser.com/cs3/index.html

It's well worth a visit, I learned a lot from the video tutorials.

Mike - The download will not be available until later today (Friday 15th) and then be prepared for slow connections as half the creative community of the Western World will probably log on at the same time!!!

Loads of great new features, definitely worth the upgrade if you shoot in Raw.

Has anyone else been using PS3 so far? I'm definately impressed, the performance and speed of it is amazing, although I have to keep in mind that PS2 was only running under Rosetta (Mac).

I'm similarly looking forward to the next release of Lightroom, whenever that may be, as it's bug-ridden right now :[
