$.25/.50 OESD + Bottom Pair vs PP Flop Decision (6-Max PS)

Hi all, I'm a little confused as to what I should do here, ie. Am I getting odds to call on the flop here? Also any comments on how I've played are appreciated. Be gentle.

I have an OESD and bottom pair. I would say I'm viewed as TAG, and villain here is a little more loose but not crazy.
I put him on an over pair on the flop here like 99-AA. I believe my read on him is good, we've played a few hands together.
I know preflop call is a little loose, but he's been _at_ it recently... and I'm mixing it up a little / getting bored.

- is this a correct way of working it out anyone?
So it looks like a marginal fold. he Could have 99-55 and you're in worse shape.
But he could have gone mad with AK and you're in great shape.

Thanks Mr. Flibble, thats exactly what was looking for, hard to calculate it that well on the fly... I made the call thinking I have ~13 outs, but I was calculating my pot odds incorrectly also 9.1/28.1... oops. I luck boxed a 9 on the river and he showed QQ.
