Aib in the Post office

I put a large sum of money into my Aib account this morning in the Gpo however it still hasnt gone in, soes anyone know if it takes a few days or should it be like going into Aib straight in? Thanks in advance!

I think it'll take a couple of hours to show up (assuming you lodged it with your AIB ATM Card and PIN)

whenever I lodge cash into my cashsave using the ATM card in the local PO (provincial town) it takes less then 1h to appear on 24h banking
