    Hi,

I have a new DVD HDD recorder, which is connected to my TV via HDMI. It has the following ports:

    1 x IEEE 1394 (FireWire/i.LINK) - front
    1 x composite video/audio input ( RCA phono x 3 ) - front
    1 x HDMI output - rear
    1 x SPDIF output ( RCA phono ) - rear
    1 x SPDIF output ( TOS Link ) - rear
    1 x component video output ( RCA phono x 3 ) - rear
    1 x composite video/audio output ( RCA phono x 3 ) - rear
    1 x audio line-out ( RCA phono x 2 ) - rear
    1 x S-Video output ( 4 PIN mini-DIN ) - rear
    1 x RF input - rear
    1 x RF output - rear
    2 x SCART - rear

    So,

How do I send my audio and/or video to my TV?

    Thanks....

    Anyone?

I know I can use the Airport express wireless thingy, but i need to save for that, so a wired option would suit me in the medium term..

    Hi
The HDMI lead carries both audio and video signals, and is the best connection to use

    Hi,

    I have a new MacBook.

The HDMI on the DVD player is HDMI out. Also, I am using the HDMI for my TV.

Can I maybe use two cables?
    1. Send the audio somehow to the phonos on my AMP
    2. Send video to the DVD player

    Is that possible?

    Cheers,
    P
