Best 24 inch monitor?

    Just wondering what the concensus is here regarding the best widescreen 23/24 inch LCD monitor?

    One I have been hearing good reports about is the Dell 2407 widescreen - but the response time is slower than I'd like (16ms) and its expensive compared to the price in the US. And I keep hearing about SIPS/PVA or something or other that I don't understand.

    Opinions?

    you can ignore the response time..it's actually a 6ms samsung panel that's used in this monitor..

    mate of mine is really into his monitors and he swears by this one..have the multimedia and usb bay by the side plus it's also hdcp compliant..not many of those around..
    I really wish that all manufacturers would use the exact same rating instead of black-2-black,black-2-white, grey-2-grey,...and several others..gets to be a right pain in the ass..a lot of the high end lcd manufacturers use the grey to grey as it's lower, can't see why dell don't do the same as the first thing ppl think is "look at the crap response time"

    Great monitor for this price and handles games and everything I've thrown at it so far.
