wedding is 28th april, and as little as possible ;)
i know, i know get what you pay for.. hundreds if possible, rather than thousand plus

hundreds probably wont get you much these days.. I'd say you're talking €1k+ for any kind of wedding package out there..

Personally I'd do it for a few pints* but I'm no wedding photographer (yet). I dont think theres any point in me even suggesting a few, I'm pretty sure they'd all come in over 1k

*May or may not be true

    much appreciated

If its your wedding, just think of all those happy years of sitting in front of the fire with a glass of milk looking over the quality pics taken in a decent bound album. But most of all, think of the wife to be, if she's happy then it will be worth it in the end....

Good luck with it either way :D

I'm sure you meant to say "think of the wife, if she's happy then you won't get the ear torn off you about the wedding photo album for the rest of your life" :D

Scuby , all you have to do is say "boards.ie photography meet up at my wedding"

You'll then be followed around by a cluster of 10-20 camera buffs and end up with a thousand or two photos

All for the cost of a few pints

    Sorted. :D

I bags the bride/bridesmaids getting dressed in the morning session as that means I can watch all the rest doing "their thang" (said with a mild mid west Amercian accent) whilst enjoying those drinks!! :D

    Anyway, back to the thread!!

    the more the merrier ;)

well if ye do have new camera's that ye want to try out, your more than welcome, would be a novel way of doing things. and we can have a competition for the best photographs !! any takers ??

the pay would be cheap, beer even cheaper, and warm :D
