Itunes - too many Genres

Hi When in itunes library and you right click on a song and go into "info" - you have the ability to change the "Genre" of songs. Is there anyway to reduce the list of genres - there is at least 100 by default. I see there is a "Custom" option where you can add you own ones, but there does not appear to be a way to delete…

Hi
