Ok, recently but the case i have has 2 120mm fans front and rear. The case i have is a Thermaltake Armor Black. The Mobo is a intel b975xbx. all drivers r up to date. My question is can i stop the fans and for them to come on with ever they r needed. Also should the CPU fan be constantly running aswell? i have a Zalman CNPS9500AT Ultra Quiet CPU Cooler, Socket 775.
    any thoughts?
    Thanks
    Kevin

i think fans are always needed once the computer is switched on.. im not an expert but to have your cpu fan stopped at anytime while your computer is running..your cpu will end up overheating and then frying..and thus it will be broke... and if i was you id have the case ones on as well..just to maximise airflow in the case..the front will pull cold fresh air in and the back acting as an exuast for all the air coming from your cpu fan and graphics card..so i wouldnt think about ever stopping any of your fans..
