VOIP Phone & Landline Combined

    Hi All,

    I need some help, I have a VOIP phone (using an ATA) and a landline phone. I am looking for a phone that I can plug my landline into and my VOIP line into that will allow me make calls using either VOIP or landline.
    I'm not sure how it will work but effectively I would like to be able to dial normally using my landline and either flick a switch on the handset or prefix the number with a code in order to use the VOIP line using the same handset. If I receive calls on my landline or my VOIP the same handset will ring.
    My final criteria is that the phone must be cordless.
    If you know of any phone that will allow that then please let me know. If this is not feasible but there is some other way to do it then please let me know.

    Thanks
    Colin

    Grandstream HT 488 is not too expenive. Replaces existing ATA/SIP. You can't do this easily without replaing the existing ATA.

    :: Connects to your Broadband via Ethernet port
    :: Socket for DECT base or regular phone
    :: Socket for landline
    :: Works with firewalls (ADSL Router), direct WAN like Cable Modem or PPPoE like some Wireless Ethernet Modems.
    :: Second ethernet port for yourt PC etc.

    You can prefix a digit to use landline and phone will ring from VOIP or lineline.

    YOu can even configure to use your landline remotely when abroad.

    Use single, twin, triple or Quad DECT if you need cordless.

    Siemens Gigaset C450 IP does that. You can set it to make calls by IP or PSTN by default. If you wnat to use the non-default just hold down the green "send" key. It's dect and works with other dect handsets.
