Since the Wii is backwards compatable with Gamecube games, and the controllers needed to play said games, what do we do with all the old gameless, controlerless Cubes out there? Combine them all together to form some sort of, cube-shaped, supercomputer?

think i'll just buy another memory card for mine and then give it to my brother/nephew.
kind of attatched to all of my gams though, so there's not much point in that:p

I have a Gamecube. Really want a Wii as well but it's impossible to get one before Christmas.

I don't see the point in the Wii being compatable with GC games because people won't exactly go out and buy GC games just for the Wii because they need GC controllers as well. It would be cool if you could play GC games on the Wii and use the remote :p

aye, i'm still on the lookout for a couple of cube games that i missed out on.
people have always moaned about Ninty not making their home consoles backwards compatible, it's nice that they got it so right this time around:) (if you include the VC)

Finally can play Sonic adventure 2 on the Wii as I never had a gamecube. Anyone try playing the GC games yet? Any issues?
