I've been using it for quite awhile now. Only used outlook express before this.

It does pretty much the same as outlook express, i prob haven't used it to its fullest potential? It does for me what i want it to do which is send/recieve email. It has extensions like firefox does, im only using the foxytunes one but im sure there a more better/usefull ones available.

1 thing it doesn't do is hotmail (extension?) which isnt really a big deal for me as i hardly ever use it anyway.

I've used it for about 2 years and its fine. It has message filters and works fine with AVG. If they integrated Mozilla Sunbird into it could be even beter.

Theres a backup program which I used to transfer my address book and mails from outlook. Can't remember the name of it.

How easily can it be snchronized with a pda/blackberry/mobile phone?

Was planning in using it for a new startup small business.

That I've never tried sorry. Try some of the blackberry forums on the net maybe? I'm sure some one has done it.

Sunbird is alright, but for a proper integrated calendar, you'll want Lightning.
