Simply won't transfer between decks, anyone know how to repair this? Would anyone know where I could get someone to repair it within the Navan area and how much it may cost? Cheers

Go to dolphinmusic or thomann. They stock replacement crossfaders for most mixers. The easiest (and only user-serviciable) repair you can make.

Just oil it, if its stiff.

yeah, blast a load of WD40 on it, should help but it is the beginning of the end, how old is it? how much do you use it? how often do you use it during the mix? is it just a tap into the middle or are you whacking it about/scratching?

Could simply be a layer dust/grime stopping it making connections or it could be wrecked from abuse, either way WD40 will help

Before you put the oil on it get a can of air and give it a good spray to shift any dirt and crap thats built up to stop the oil just clogging it.
