I think I can help here. They didn't sem to realise that there are no postcodes in the Republic of Ireland!!!!! Anyway eventually when I contacted them ( help system out of service all last weekend ) it advised the following solution: Use Dummy postcode AA11 1AA That seemed to work for me.

I had major problems setting up and downloading the complicated software enhancements that 4oD insisted I install. That took ages. Then when all else seemed sorted, it forced me to upgrade my Windows Media Player 10 to Version 11. Eventually I was able to access the service. I found the programme I wanted which is of about 50 minutes BUT to download this was estimated to take nearly 100 minutes!!! On broadband with a nominal download speed of 1 mps.
When I did that the playback is very satisfactory but you only get a window of 48 hours to view ( or re-watch ) and this must be availed of within about ten days of download. The cost is about €1.5 per item downloaded.
