A friend has ask me to shoot some photos for his business. I want to make everything above board and want him to sign a contract. What are the normal clauses in regard to copyright of the pictures and use of the photos by him and by me? Does anyone know a site on the web with example contracts for Ireland? Thanks

Searching the sport shooter forums will give you links to some contracts, can't remember where they are myself.
