NoXplode in the morning before cardio??

    Hi,

    I used no xplode during the summer while doing weights and found it to be quite good other than the fact that you had to plan ur meals round it. Well i had an operation and was out of the gym for a couple of months and am now getting back. as part of my recovery programme i need to be doin half hour on treadmill every day and have decided to do it first thing every morning in the gym at 6.30 followed by a few laps of the pool

    What i want to know is what do people think of using it before cardio in the morning on a completely empty stomach, it wud get past the meal problems as it wud be first thing before i had eaten anyway., so any opinions??

    Can't really see why not. All the same, if you are only doing cardio then maybe using it isn't really justified at that intensity level. But that's up to you.

    On the other hand, if you do a weights workout later in the day, it may be a better idea to take it then.
