Denman, Don't push It and patsy hall all entered in a novice chase saturday, cracking race if they all show up. I think Patsy Hall could make a decent novice, the form of his beginners chase win is working out very well and he was travelling very well when departing agains standin obligation at the november meeting. this will be the acid test as Denman is a classy beats if a bit temperamental while Don't Push it ran a cracker against Denman last time out.

No, he won't be running again until spring according to PN.
DENMAN, ante-post favourite for the Royal & SunAlliance Chase and entered at Cheltenham on Saturday, will not run.

Unbeaten in three outings over fences, Denman had been earmarked for an eagerly anticipated rematch with Don't Push It, whom he beat by three-quarters of a length over Cheltenham's old course at last month's Open meeting, in the Boylecasino.com Novices' Chase. However, his trainer Paul Nicholls said on Tuesday: "We've decided not to run.

"There's nothing wrong with Denman - he is 100 per cent - but we felt Saturday's race will come too soon after his latest run nine days ago. So we'll revert to our original plan, which was to give him a break now until early in the spring, when he's likely to reappear at Newbury's Totesport Trophy meeting, before hopefully going on to Cheltenham."
