Help needed after upgrade

I downloaded upgrades to Windows Explorer 7 (I think) last night and now my screen is all different, I'm sure it will grow on me but can someone tell me where is the envelope to click on to check my emails via Outlook Express ??

I can access them by clicking on Outlook Express on the start menu but is there another way ?

mmmmm complimentary username talk aside, I still can't get an envelope symbol anywhere. I did the tools bit as suggested but it doesn't say outlook express anywhere ? Where am I going wrong ?

customize - gives you a split window. In the one on the left you should see the envelope icon (among others). Highlight it, click add, then close. It says "Read Mail".

Thanks, I hadn't scrolled down far enough. All sorted now, still not sure I like they new layout but it'll grow on me I expect
