    AMD and Streamload are offering a free online storage service, calles AMD Live! Media Vault. You get up to 25GB of free storage, limited to 1GB of downloads per month. Uploads are limited only to the amount of space you have available, and are not otherwise metered.

    currently in college using fast uploads to throw up 20 gig of photos up, will upgrade account if i ever need the stuff

    I just bought yearly account on Rapidshare.com :-)
    space is unlimited and it's 4G per day.
    plus you can upload anything in 100megs chunks and you'd be impressed what ppl are using it for :)

    limitations on the free account are no files above 25 meg
    and once you got 25 gigs up there its going to take you 2 years to get it back...

    i put this in the PHOTOGRAPHY forum subway, 25 is big for people there, and as i said, its a back up, if i need to recover my files, the samall free is not much to pay to upgrade

    oh i know what its used for, rapidshare is causing blindness all over the world :D

    well this is free, handy for those nasty system crashes

    Quite true, even a RAW from a canon 1ds MK II (16.7 megapixels) is less than 20mb. And let's face it, if you can afford something better than a 1ds MK II then you can probably afford to pay for online storage.
