    So this week...

LooksGoodOnYourHand (or Risen Mitten if you want to go with the name Ianto actually chose for it) is back. And that means Suzie's back. And as nuts as ever. She accuses Gwen Cooper of being her replacement in every way, but until Gwen sleeps with Computer Girl with awkward repercussions, that's probably not strictly true.

It seems Suzie had a plan for coming back from the dead, which was totally brilliant until you consider that it would have been so much simpler for her to simply not shoot herself in the head in the first place.

Plenty of morbid gruesomeness (I won't say what the bullet hole in the back of Suzie's head looked like) and average plot led to a longer than usual episode. (About 55 mins by my stopwatch).

Which brought us to the only really worthwhile scene of the episode: Captain Jack and LooksGoodInASuit slash. I have no idea what the hell they planned with that stopwatch but I bet it involved plenty of "yeah, I ****ing killed your girlfriend bitch, now punish me!" fun times. And just when I thought Ianto was overdue for his "every character must have a gay scene shoehorned into the plot" piece.

Yes. I cant help but thinking that if RTD was an alcoholic would everyone get boozed up every episode?

I wonder if we're just meant to assume the whole stopwatch thing is some outrageous sexual innuendo, only for a later episode to reveal that all they're doing is playing some silly innocent game? It's the type of "subversion of expectations" joke I can imagine them trying to pull off (no pun intended!!) :p

Maybe they plan on watching a kettle boil.

"Do you want to see me make coffee now Sir?"
"No, let the water cool for 97 seconds first Ianto. We don't want to burn the coffee beans and create nasty carcinogens now do we?"
    "Oh you are naughty Sir"
    "Ooh"
    "Ooh"
    "Snigger"
    "Snigger"

It's like "Carry on through the Rift".

Am I the only one who thought that was one of the best episodes yet?

It had it all, drama, comedy and horror. A few more hints about the story arc concerning Jack's presumed immortality.

Some good comic moments from hitherto Plank boy Ianto.

More gittishness from Dr Git, proving he will shag anything that moves, but also seeing his squeamish side at the sight of his ex-shag missing the back of her head.

I really liked this one, together with last weeks, it looks like this is finding its feet at last.

    I await the abuse....

Probably reminded him of some other part of her that he'd previously shagged. Momma's got a brand new orifice baby.

bah. I did enjoy this one, but i preferred last weeks. The thing is they have good storylines, they don't really need to spice it up with all the gay sex. We all knew Jack would shag anything that moves from Dr Who,but they really are pushing it a bit too far.

but they really are pushing it a bit too far.

I disagree, I think its used quite well for comic relief.

Take the 10mins with a stopwatch. - That could have quite easily been all in our minds. The fact is we dont have a clue what they were off to do.
