Not sure this is the place to post, while it is a food (food forum), I am looking for some nutritional info (fitness forum).

I eat a packet of these at least twice a week. Are they usually baked or fried? How good a they actually for you? Better then a packet of crisps?

Is there no info on the packet?
In fairness nobody is going to know much, have you the brand at least.

It is like asking is bread OK?

No - theres no information on the packet - hence me asking the question.

    Packet says "Natural Foods".

But... there has to be nutritional info, ingredients etc etc.. even if its imported from a country that does not require this info... there has to be a sticker put on by the importer with the info.

Just because it's required by law doesn't mean it's actually there. For example the nutritional basis of the koka noodles I buy in Tesco remains a mystery to me. They may be required to put the information on them but they don't.

I'm going with an educated guess of them being pure muck ;)
