They had them there 2 years ago when I was there, it wasn't an Apple shop, it was just a normal electronics shop within the duty free, from what I remember the prices were same as normal street price in US, no savings.

I can't remember any store selling them at JFK T4 last time I was there. That's not to say they weren't for sale either, though.
