Where are they now?

Since it was brought up on another thread, thought it would be interesting to actually do this.

So. There are a number of people who used to be regular posters on this board but have disappeared. Their whereabouts are unknown. They may be regulars on other boards now. They have have left boards altogether. The point is, we don't know.

People like cuckoo, snorlax, chick and well, no doubt countless others.

So if you have any information on their current whereabouts, or perhaps a theory about why people would want to leave the environs of this fine forum, then do let us know.

Really? That doesn't seem like much to leave the forum for. That's a pity. She used to be on it a lot.

DrIndy isn't around much these days but then again he's busy working in a hospital in Monaghan which I suppose is an ok excuse.

I have a feeling cuckoo decided to go cold turkey and leave boards cos it was taking up too much of her time. But that's not based on any sort of factual accuracy, so feel free to pick it apart.

She'd be doin her project now, all I know about that is that she gets to use an instrument called "AWESOME" which google tells me means: Atmospheric Weather Educational System for Observation and Modeling of Electromagnetics. So I suppose astrophysics researcher AND boardsie was just a little to much geek for her

Fade and Ed both started PhDs in the college. Fade however is being worked to the bone for his as I heard he's supposed to complete it in 3 years. I could be misinformed though.

Cuckoo left college last year and is working with some multi-national shipping company last I heard...

I saw snorlax just yesterday. And by yesterday I do, of course, mean Thursday or Friday because the weekend flew by so quickly. She was going into the Lecky.
