Eircom BB been slow for anyone else today?

    My 2MB BB has been crawling along really slowly today for some reason, this happening to anyone else?

    getting speedtests of around 400kbps!!!!

    im on the northside of dublin btw!!!

    My eircom BB is fast enough but I can't connect to any microsoft websites (e.e. www.microsoft.com).

    Everything else appears ok though (also in North Dublin).

    Seems to be outages in the net somewhere.

    Can't connect to MS easily, www.daum.net (korean site) and a number of others. Like eve-online and even boardtracker is failing.

    appears it may be related to outages in the US.

    Reports the following out for me.
    - Florida (Ft. Lauderdale)
    - Michigan
    - Texas (Dallas)
    - Texas (Pampa)
    - Wisconsin
    - United Kingdom (Ilford)
    - Switzerland (Geneva)
    - Romania

    haven't heard of any new worms. Maybe some kind of attack? or just a bad day for outages.

    daum.net works ok from here.

    Which DNS server are you both using?

    Oh it works alright but it is slow as heck.

    Some sites don't appear to work at all.
