Thats why it's not working, it's missed the 'keys' that are sent out to keep cards open.

Just leave it in the box over night and it 'should' come back on by it self.

Mine comes up with channel unavailable when putting in 104 for Channel Four but works fine when added in other channels and fine on the pc too, very odd.

Using on a UK Digibox with a Freesat card that has never ever been plugged into an Irish phone line.

Did a forced firmware upgrade on the box to try and fix, don't understand it tbh (thinking of just getting a Dreambox 500s [updates Sky card also] and using that instead rather than pc only motorised fun).
Hadn't used the card in a while due to summer tree leaves blocking signal for a while in my last place.

Chances are just leave it plugged into the Digibox for 24 hours and it'll sort it out - if Sky three on the Digibox (channel 108) is working then so should Channel 4 and 5 (104 & 105) - you just might need to add them to other channels which is a bit of PITA.

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

Most, if not all problems are because the card is not in the box to get updated.
A box sometimes want to be anal, so a good power recycle and/or firmware update may help.

    Enough of that now. :)
