A day later i get a message asking for even more details (none of which were asked for in the original email)
seems like overkill. email was from identity <identity@neteller.co.uk>

neteller.co.uk redirects me to the usual neteller.com page for what its worth.
Odd that they are asking for so much info. I'd be a bit suss, try to get them on the phone or at least on the live chat at neteller.com

I didn't need any of that ID stuff when I signed up. Although that was 2+ years ago.

And don't go sending anyone scans/copys of your CC or passport.

Half of the casinos on the internet have copies of my passport(they make things difficult for winning blackjack players, let you set up any account easily but click withdraw and it can take 2 months till theyre satisfied), seems normal enough tbh but Id ring Neteller just to be sure.

I always got emails from that identity address when I was setting up my a/c.

I also just sent them a copy of my passport and bank statement showing my address and that was all they wanted.

It is that, single tabling blackjack with a how to play card in front of you is incredibly boring though.
