C4 on an Irish Sky subscription will have that message for some programmes on C4 until C4 sort out the rights for all their programmes

Ian Dempsey mentioned this on his breakfast show this morning, he also said there were codes to remedy this, anyone hear what they were as I missed the end of his show, where he had promised to mention them!

codes to remedy this? is it only the Channel 4 on the EPG affected or is it all the regions. if it is all the regions then all the 'codes' in the world are useless

It's great that C4 is now availbale on Sky. Now all I want is Setanta Sports to come on(without having to pay a subscription for it!), anyone know if there are any plans for Setanta Sports to come on?

Well you have to have Sky Variety Mix Pack for C4 , E4, More4 on ROI card. Why on earth should Setanta be free when it isn't free anywhere (It's included in certain NTL (UPC) packages but definately not free). NTL & Sky packages are not remotely similar structure. Sky has 2, 4 or 6 Mix out of any 6, + premium/separate addoins such as Sky Moives, Sky Sports, Football Clubs, various Ethnic, artsworld, Music Choice, Porn, Setanta etc. Is Disney still a separate add in?

Satelliite has 200+ really free TV and 70+ really free radio (about 45 watchable TV free and 25+ reasonable interest Radio), without ANY Sky sub.. Cable has nothing free.

The Disney Channel, +1 et al are all including in the Kids mix, i think. Cinemagic is a seperate add-on unless you get Movies 1 & 2.

I may get a move on and fix my Sky. For the second time this week the winds have knocked the dish out of alignment.

Hi can you tell me if CH4 is only visible on slot 142 @ moment, as i have no sub yet, as all i can see is More4, and when i tuned it in i got the 6 regional stations on the OTHER CHANNELS,
but strangely enough they went missing (all of them-not just CH4) it hasnt done that in a long time?

Thanks as i was just curious?

Hi there, I have the Irish sky mulitroom setup. With sports, disney & all the rest. On the sky box I get C4 and never see the "This program is not available", however on my sky+ box all I ever get is the "This program is not available"! So What's wrong? Can anyone else get C4 on a sky+ box? Has anyone else noticed this peculiarity.

That is indeed strange. The same variation of Channel 4 (with the blocked programming) should be on both viewing cards. I suppose you should be grateful that one of the cards doesn't block any C4 programming! :)
