    Yes, of course thats what I meant:o
    It will probably be mostly free rolling, but if someone wants to bring down gloves/pads to spar with, I'm sure we'll do some stand up too.

    Thursday night was great. Pizza, beer, ROT4 and D2 afterwards, a great night was had by all.
    BTW, ground training is on every Tuesday in UCD throughout the Christmas break, with stand up still on Mondays and Fridays as well.
    The Sunday morning roll is still on too, this Sunday at 1 in hall C (the small one in the middle). I have to book this on a weekly basis so I will keep posting times here.
