SAP Psychometric testing and interview

Hi folks, I have an interview with SAP in Galway soon. I will have to do some tests (psychometric testing, verbal & numerical reasoning). Wondering if anybody here has taken these tests and any tips.. What are SAP like to work for?? And lastly what is the interview like... Cheers
