Contacting Play.com

I recently ordered some DVDs off play.com and neglected to check that my credit card was in a healthy enough state to pay for them so I received a "problem with your card" e-mail from play.com the next day, a quick trip to online banking and problem solved, or so I though.

Its now been over a week and play still have my orders status as 'processing' and I can see no way to change this (I don't even have the option to cancel the order).

So I figured I'd try and contact them, the address they send mail from auto-replies with a standard this address is no checked message and the only means of contact I can see on their site is a UK 0845 number which can't be called from outside the U.K.

Can anyone help/has anyone had a similar problem? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I had tried that already, I get a message saying "Number Barred" when I try from my mobile, and after a quick google I found out that it has something to do with the type of number (0845 is a location free number - i.e. same rate from anywhere in the U.K.)

So phoning doesn't seem to be an option.

I hadn't tried +44, just gave it a go, but I'm still being told the number is barred, might be a vodafone thing. Will try from a landline the first chance I get.

Yeah got through to them on +44 1534 877595 from the landline (again it didn't work on my mobile).

Got an e-mail from playusa.com (who I had e-mailed looking for contact details for play.com), they replied with:

    ...

Please can you contact our Customer Service Department on 0845 800
1020 (UK only) or 0044 1534 877 595 (outside UK) between the hours of
9.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.00pm weekends.

    ...

Whole thing is sorted now, thanks for the help, and Bond-007 thanks for the link, should come in handy in the future.
