I'll be there, and hopefully improve on my dismal record in this event. Hopefully Luke will have taken on board somewhat the criticisms from last month, but as I pointed out before it is hard to have this with a good structure with the start time, day and number or runners it gets.

dominic, sikes, snowy, christy, kevin farrelly and paul left now. I went out in 7th having been massive chip leader (seen that one before?). Structure was pretty long, I think it is 45 minute levels all the way from now.

Structure was very good tonight but only 76 runners. 3x20 mins, 6x30 mins and the rest 45 mins, with no antes. I'd say with 100 runners that would last forever. I got knocked out in 5th at 4 ish. When Snowy the chip monster had 86 vs my QQ in a raised pot and a flop of 566

knocked out 21st I think, something like that. Played ninja poker short stacked for 1hour. Blinds 400 800 and ive 5,200 chips left, 89suited are monsters I swear. Glad that snowy seems to have used my chips to good use.

Actually the night flew by without the break for dinner. I would say the drop in numbers had something to do with the cork festival the weekend. Good luck to anyone going to that.

glad to see the structure improve. perhaps we'll go back to having over 100 players as standard now.
