What make of computer is it?Amd?Intel?

Does it make any beeps on startup?

Have you reset cmos?Tried a pci card instead of agp?If you take out the ram does the beeps come?Take out all unnecessary cards and just have graphics in case of dodgy card/irq
If not problem lies with mobo/cpu or psu and as you have tried another psu its down to mobo /cpu.

If you can tell me what cpu u have maybe a simple trial and error will determine the culprit.
Had to fix a similar problem before for someone and reseating the cpu did the job.
    Where in cork are you?
