    Hey Sheriff,

The New Vic Card Club (in the new vic snooker club) opens its doors to the public on Thurs 30th nov. however from Thur 23rd Nov. there will be a week of "preview" tournys. The aim is to get as much feedback as possible with regard to the type of tournys people want to play before putting a definite schedule in place. There will be cash games and sit and gos also available (Texas and Omaha) from Thurs 23rd on.

We have 8 tables and all the usual nick knacks. The Vic will continue to run as a snooker club but all the video games, pool tables, jukebox etc are gone. We are very much trying to set up a club rather than a businessand think that poker players will se and appreciate that if you give us a spin.

We are hoping to promote as many diff. poker based games as possible our primary interest being in texas and omaha at the mo, however if enough interest in expressed in any other games we a fortunate to have the space and facilities to accommodate them.

We are going to run a 6 night week from Sun to Fri closing sat nights.

We have finalised our tourny schedule bar what to run on sunday nights. Nothing as yet is written in stone so any feed back would be more than welcome.

The evening tournys start at 9pm every evening we run and the registration opens at 8pm.

The cash games on offer are as follows:

    Texas
    50c-€1 PL

    €1-€2 PL

€1-€2 PL with a live straddle

€1-€3 PL with a live straddle

    Omaha
    €1-€1 PL

    €1-€3 PL

    Round of each
    €1-€2

No limit games are available at the customers request.

We also offer an hourly/nightly rental rate on our cash tables for private games.

    Sit and gos:
The sit and gos currently on offer are €10, €25, €50 and €100.
From next week on we will also be running €10 sit and go satelites to our weekly €100 freezeout and €25 sats to our €250 monthly.

We intend to run our league night on tuesdays.

Have to leave it there for now lads, hope this information is helpful. I would like to thank everyone who has already come in for their support and feedback and look forward to seeing or hearing from you again with whatever suggestions spring to mind.
