upgrading xp

    Popped the xp sp2 disc into the laptop, after a while got a notice/warning saying I had to put in the ati technologies inc. Installation disk(video) and install that. I don't have one with me to college and I can't go any further with the installation of sp2 til I get one. Is there anywhere I can download this (legally of course) or failing that can it be bought for a decent price?

    Ignore it, its just asking you for video drivers. Its going to ask you for loads of drivers. Like chipset, graphics card, wireless controller and network controller.

    I left it for at least 20 mins after it asked me for it and nothing happened, the countdown stopped and the loading bar stayed where it was. Is that normal? How long should it take to install?
