Pencil for sanding down rust spots

Years ago, I had this pencil for sanding down rust spots. The great thing about it was that you could get right down to bare metal without affecting the surrounding paint. Does anyone know where I might get one now?

glue an ickle bit of sandpaper to the top of a pencil with an eraser on top. Bob is hopefully your uncle !

This thing was even smaller than that, though. It was a bit like a propelling pencil (is that what they're called), and the bit that sanded was made up of small wires bound together like strands of a rope, the total width being about the same as the wooden end of a match.

Nice one! I think I'll be using this Abrasive Pencil to work the rust spots off my car. I'm sure you've found them for sale since this was posted 5 years ago but if not they have 2 types for sale at Halfords.
