I-Pod Shuffle Help!

Hi, Over the weekend I cleared all the songs off my I-pod shuffle as I felt it was time to change my listening habits! However when I try to load any new songs onto it now it tells me that the memory is full?! Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried formatting the player?

There should be an option for this somewhere i the iTunes menu. I'm not ure exactly where but it's definitely there
