X-530 and ipod?

So i bought a 2gb nano and a set of x-530s (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2177,CONTENTID=9067) How will i be able to plug my ipod in and btw do you think its possible to extend the speaker cable length My room is pretty big :confused:

on the ipod yeah there is but on my speakers there are 3 different 3.5mms and i want to use all the speakers available and i think my cables are gonna be too short so if anyone has these speakers can they help me

I don't think the X-530s have a surround sound upmixer built into them, so you'll have to buy one of you want to have the sound coming out of all of them. A better solution would be to have bought a set with upmix feature in the first place.
