I want to start taking MAximuscle so i can build up my pysique but the problem is that you need to be doing intensive workouts before you take the product each day and its very hard for me to find time because im in college for over 28 hrs a week. any one have any advice on what i could do and does it have to be an intensive workout or could it be one of those 15minute workouts that u see all over the internet?

10-14 hours!!! Fair play man...

OP, yeah, 28 hours is hardly something to complain about, over mon-fri that only works out a little over 5 hours a day, now i know you have to study as well but come on!

do 5 heavy sets of following exercises once a week on 3 different days with a days rest in between each workout. should not take longer than 25mins 3 times a week

day 1-bench pressing and tricep dips
day 2-lat pull downs/bent over rows/pull ups combined with heavy barbell bicep curls
day 3-squats with free weight barbell and hamstring exercises

Your appetite will increase . Eat lots of good quality food and protein supplements.

ooh, calling people (one of who is the forum mod) pr**ks is a great way to encourage positive feedback

fwiw, I agree with both of them- you maight have a quick metabolism, but even still eating enough will help you put on weight. Chances are you haven't been eating enough/ eating at the wrong times/ not eating the right things. If you want to, post an example of your daily diet and you'll get advice on where to improve.

If you want to take a supplement, don't take Maximuscle, it's over-priced turd. There's plenty of other great, cheaper brands out there: Jon and mickk have their own suppelment stores and Easygainer sells them too.

And in fairness, 28 hours a week is a lot, but not as much as a lot of people here work (I have two half time jobs taking up about 35 hours a week, I'm writing a thesis that takes up a good 3 hours a day and I still get to the gym 5 times a week). You can make the time if you want it enough.

So you want to take maximuscle, without knowing anything about what accompanying exercise, in fact, labelling said exercise as the 'problem' part of your aim.

That's just a road to becoming fat, to be honest. As for fifteen minutes I would say yes if you are willing to put in one hell of an effort you could ruin yourself in fifteen minutes - but only the odd time, I do it sometimes on a Sunday after work before dinner when I literally have about 30 minutes altogether in the gym. Better then nothing, a pretty important phrase actually in fitness. I wouldn't exactly be relying on standard 15 minute routines every few days to bulk up though.
and its very hard for me to find time because im in college for over 28 hrs a week

Sorry but thats just excessive laziness. What do you think, we all live on the dole and spend our days in the gym? Most people have jobs. Or college, or even both. I don't have any days 'off' from either, I have about 20 hours college and 24 hours work but I still find plenty of time to go to the gym or go running or whatever.

You can't make changes with attitude like that.

The problem is, mate, they're giving you the advice you don't want to hear. I work up to 50 hours a week and i spend at LEAST ten hours a week in the gym. If you aren't going to put the work in but you want to put on weight, you may just by hamburgers instead of supplements, because any weight you put on will NOT be muscle. Them's the facts, take it or leave it.

If you are going to post what you eat, give the caloire sizes too. If you have no clue what they are then that is part of your problem. Get a calculator and weighing scales. No point saying "a bowl of weetabix", that could be 100kcal or 1000kcal.

As already stated, your college hours are hardly excessive, so you should really have time to do a decent amount of work in the gym. Also, as already stated your diet will really need to be up to scratch in order for your to see any appreciable gains, so it would be a good idea to post up a good example of your daily diet.

To be honest, even stretching your workout time to 30 intense minutes will make a good difference once you can do it 2 to 3 times a week. I understand that having 5.5 hours a day of your time taken up by lectures/classes/tutorials etc must be very difficult and draining, but I'm sure if you put in the effort and dig down deep you can find the energy to spend 30 mins improving your health.

That was sarcasm by the way.
