Moon with 100-400 and Sigma 2x

    I discovered about an hour ago that the Sigma 2x works with the Canon 100-400IS. Yippee! OK the widest aperture is f11 at the 400 point but still. Here is a full frame of the moon. I'd recommend looking at the bigger size and a crop on my flickr stream to get an idea of the sharpness. Not too bad methinks. You can get to the Flickr version by clicking on the pic.

    Thats a good shot in my book! I remember trying to get decent moon shots with a 300 mirror and x2 converter and got nothing that I was remotely happy with.
