What rack units do you use?

I've just thrown out a huge 30 U rack that was a space monster and need something to get my outboard gear into. What are you using? Anyone ever built their own?

i have mine screwed into 2 lengths wood, which run about 4 foot up from the ground

does the job perfect, mainly because i dont have any hugely heavy racks

I can't quiet picture it. Any chance of a pic?

I'm swamped a bit at the moment and might have to go away this weekend but I'll get that tune to you in the next few days.

    no pics

its literally just 2 bits of wood running from the bottom of the counter top to the floor, with the racks screwed into the wood

    does the job grand
