Anybody watching this series on More 4 and channel 4. Its brilliant. Presonally love watching Gordon Ramsey cringe at the appaling situations the businesses are in. But this weeks one involved the campaign for real gravy that has even spawned a gravy website classic

Its good alright. Much better than Hells Kitchen. here we get to see more of the real Ramsey. He's got a good sense of what to do.

Thought yer man was lining himself up for his sixth (and final) heart attack by going behind Ramseys back, getting the plates out and telling staff there would be no changes.

The 'return visit' was priceless with them finding him back in the kitched.

Quite enjoyed the f word afterwards as well. Yer man with the giant jaffa cake was a bit off the wall. Expect tears next week when Trinny & Susannah get the chp and wind up as exotic sausages (who'd have thought that line could ever be written?????).

    Always a watchable show

I have seen one episode where he was ripping into some poor, unfortunate chap for not having any air conditioning in the kitchen (or some similar situation). Its watchable.

Gordon Ramsey is always watchable...!! :D

Especially when he's donning his chefs jacket! ;)

He should do the next series in Ireland. Plenty of restaurants here he could shake up!

Its a great show because Ramsay commands such respect. I like all his shows, especially when he rips the Yanks a new one! Was pretty annoying watching the last series of Hells Kitchen while in the states.....twas just an hour long bleep fest!

as a chef, health inspector and food safety teacher that episode made me cringe, the guy should not be let into a kitchen, his father was nuts to give him money to open up, i agree with ramsey 99% of the time. i can be a right bastard in the kitchen at times but you have to pull yourself back from personally insulting someone. thats the only thing that annoys me about him, other than that he is a genius.
i agree with the other poster who said he should do ireland on the next f word, most resteraunts here need a good shake-up.

Great TV. Ramsey seems to create gold with whatever he touches. I believe there's an episode coming up where, behind the scenes, the owner threatens to kneecap Gordon! Look out for a Liverpool setting ;)

Looks like this episode is on at 9 tonight.

    COOKERY: Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares
    On: more4 (142)
Date: Thursday 30th November 2006 (starting in 2 days)
    Time: 21:00 to 22:00 (1 hour long)

Multi Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay is sharpening his knives - and his tongue - for another assault on some of the country's scariest restaurant kitchens in a new series of BAFTA-winning and Emmy-nominated Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. In tonight's third programme Gordon finds a chef caught in a time warp when he tackles a picturesque but largely unfrequented upmarket restaurant in King's Lynn, a traditional market town on the Norfolk coast.

Entertainment.ie ;Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (T) The chef comes to the aid of a restaurant near Liverpool.

Now bearing in mind the source for this alleged threatened knee-capping is Popbitch.com and they're usually right 90% of the time it should be interesting to see just how bad the tension is in this episode. Could be good TV.

the man is an ignorant prick with the vocabulary of a juvenile delinquent. the show is the exact same every week, the same beginning middle and end. it looks totally staged and it hinges on GR being as unpleasant as possible to the idiots who seem willing to take it and saying **** repeatedly. vacuous, boring and predictable. more candy-floss for the brain. this kind of tv sucks.

Ferdi the man is a genius,he has one of the most successful restaurant groups on the planet.
If you look at websites for the places he has changed can you tell me he hasn't saved the jobs of people working there.

of course their jobs have been saved, but only due to the publicity generated by the show, not cause he's a genious. i'm sure he's a great chef and businessman, but he's also and ignorant prick who i dont enjoy seeing on my tv.

Anyone see the Scouse episode on Tuesday? I must dig out the Popbitch link that said there was a kneecapping threat on Ramsey during that show

he is horribly rude but there's no denying his talent, he has great ideas for food, and he's a multi millionaire from his own restaurant business.
