Aye but he was ordered to pay ~$25 Million in damages before which he still owes, and I think the family of the victims which he "did not" kill are going after any income generated by the book.

I'd be amazed if this were never published properly tbh, as has been said there is no limit to the depth of human greed and its pretty obvious that this book would sell extremely well.
