    Hey,

This is my first post in here, so firstly i'll say hello!!
I just got into photography over the summer, have a fuji S7000 which is easily good enough for now. I'm mainly taking pictures of rallying, and drifting(strange i know) and just cars in general. Here are a few examples of what i've done, the rest is on http://johnkearns.fotopic.net

At this stage i'm mainly looking for criticisim/advice

    Thanks,

Welcome to boards BM. I quite like the third shot, the rain adds a
lot to it but it's sort of one of those shots that's been done TONS.
Maybe try go for different angles that are new and maybe even parts
of the cars that aren't usually shot? I like the look of the last photo
but it also makes the car look stationary. It doesnt seem portray speed
in the photo. Maybe try get a tripod and drop the ISO down a bit?

Some nice shots though, Keep them comming.

Ya, i think the hardest thing to do is to show the movement, I try and use the lowest shutter speed i can but its hard to keep the camera steady sometimes. I'm going to get a tripod soon and after that all i can do is practice.

    Thanks for the advice.
