You won't find anywhere to give you one if the Xbox isn't new. When I got mine about a month ago it came with a card that you can send in to get an extended warranty.

Is there a warranty card inside the box with it? They need to be filled out and sent in within a certain time.

Yeah you can you have to phone M$ support to extend warranty, phone gamestop they should have the number that you need. I cant find it online myself.

is it worth extending the warranty - its about 100e for two extra years, but its covered for two years anyway, correct ?

it probably is considering i'm on my 3rd 360 already.

The 360 is only covered by a one year warranty.
