    Quick question.

Do US gamer points work here in Europe? Was thinking of having a trawl through Ebay for some.

Sorry, meant those Microsoft points for buying Xbox Live Arcade games and other stuff.

And I fully agree, I would be a sad twat for buying those gamer points you get from achievements! :D

Seems that earning achievements for others is turning into a little industry for some according to game website reports.

    Thanks for the answer. :)

Just had a very quick browse earlier, must have a better look tonight after work.

Found 1600 points for about €16.40 I think. 2000 points from MS cost €24, so 1600 cost €19.20.

Not much of a saving but then again, I didn't look too hard yet.

Presume you know you can get 12 month Gold subscription on Ebay very cheap, A code cost me only €29.58 last week, less than half price. :D

If you find anything let us know. Never bought anything of market place but I want to start!

Yeah got my gold subscription as a bday present last year. Runs out in April so will be looking for codes then.

The 12 month + 1 month extra sub seems to be U.S only.

The 12 month sub I got last week was worldwide. One of the lads here, Vegeta also got a 12 month sub off them about 2 days ago.

Just noticed now that they don't seem to have 12 month subs atm.

Yeah the 12 month subs work fine. I got one for a mate a while back.

The Microsoft Points AFAIK are region locked so if you but them in america they wont work on your live account here
