Simple enough query, I won't have a lot to spend so what's my best combination?

I'm hopefully going to be buying a new TV in the next few months so should I go HD ready or is it too early given the lack of support so far. Bear in mind that money is an issue!

If you've got no immediate need for a HD set, e.g. no HD Sky or XBOX360, I'd wait until prices drop.

Depends whether you're willing to pay for the HD box and service, I'd say.

    I'd wait until prices drop.

to be fair, the price now is €650 for a 32".

You would be hard pressed to buy a non HDReady one for much less (assuming similar size, specifications, etc).
