Eircom/BT best for gaming and sharing BB with flat mates?

My house mate finally paid the phone bill, months over due. Going to look at getting broadband into the house again (we got disconnected) something thats going to be stable enough ping wise for gaming and not to slow because there will but upto 3-4 using the line. We have 3mb BT at home never a problem always very decent…

We have 3mb BT at home never a problem always very decent pings and speeds, maybe Cavan isnt so bad after all. I'd feel safest going with them going by previous experience.

Who or where should i be looking for a good service? I don't think ntl is avail in the Phibsboro area so they can be excluded Anyone suggestions?
