    "getting" it?

I am assuming that you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Buy it...40 quid for CoH and DoW.

Games like Medieval TW 2, NWN 2, CoH, DoW should be paid for because they are worth it.

CoH is well worth buying, high quality effort.

I've edited out the personal abuse, please abuse with more tact :)

Yes he maybe getting the game thru illegal means, and that annoys me as much as you, but I'm not going to ban/delete every post from users just cause I suspect them of doing this.

Available on play.com for €26.99 (includes DOW) - no brainer if you ask me.

I've ordered it, not sure if I will get caught up in An Post's crackdown though....

DL the demo first, 'tis a pretty classy effort alright.

If you are 'getting' it, then I don't think online play is possible as you need a CD key.

I like playing it over a lan. Lots of times i think oh no we have lost it but fight back to win the game. Some of the lan games can go on for a long time.

Go to tech " at the top of the screen " and from there select computer hardware. People in there should be able to help or just read other posts and c what was recommend to them.

What gfx card? is it agp/pci express?

Are you drivers up to date? etc...

I have a radeon 9200 128MB with a gig of ram in the machine. Drivers are up to date.

    Prob software issues.

The game requires a min of a card of 64mb that supports shader 1.1.

Your 9200 is a DX8 card that supports shader 1.1 and shader 1.4 and has 128mb of ram.

Check and make sure you set the settings in the game to low. Also go back to an earlier catalyst driver and see if that helps.

Check the readme for the game and see if there is any issues with your gfx card and if it is supported by the game.

Man , I am really struggling with this . In skirmish mode , normal difficulty . I was never the best RTS player , but could do alright with the total war series . But this is way harder . Never realised how much I needed the pause button in Rome TW

I heard about it in PCZone , it was one of DearWandy's '50 utilities you have to try' . I managed to set it up right , first go , which shows how simple it is . I created a Network , my buddy in England connected and we played COH for about 3 hours , only disconnected at the end when my conn went a bit ****e .
