    Just wonderin could anyone help me.Im currently in w.i.t.Im in my second year of a higher certificate in business.Il go on and do the degree.However,the course i feel is just ****,and so is the college.Once i obtain my higher cert.,does this permit me to transfer to another college,preferably ucc?I dont understand the transfer description on the ucc website.
