Graphical Reports in Access

I'm trying to put together an Access database for my father. It's the first time since college I've used it so if this is a stupid question, please bare with me. I've googled this but haven't found much of any use.

What I'm trying to to is output scheduling data into a graphical format. Along the X axis would be the dates, along the Y axis would be individual projects and the graph should be of the form of a bars indicating which days that particular project will take.

Does anyone know of a way of getting this kind of output from Access without using Crystal Reports?

Any help would be much appreciated.
